This item is made from waterproof fabric and can be worn as an outerwear or a dress.
Available in three colors: Ivory, Black, and Khaki.
The zipper opens both ways, so you can open it below the waistline to show off your pants. The hem, waist, and sleeves have spindles, so you can gather the fabric and pull it in tightly to show off your knitwear or pants for layering, or you can wear it by itself without gathering it.
